Beyonce gets herself a National Day

 

Beyonce is on your right now. Shem is promoting her new album “Lemonade” on her “Formation Tour”.

Yesterday, she had to make a stop in Minneapolis. That’s the city where there was a big announcement: authorities decided that there will be a Beyonce Day in the city.

The words were spelt out by Governor Mark Dayton and also Lt. Governor Tina Smith. They made the announcement on Monday, 23rd of May, 2016. Beyonce made a stop in Minneapolis for her Formation Tour. She is expected to go on stage at the TCF Bank Stadium.

Beyoncé has influenced many Minnesota girls and women with the powerful, positive messages in her music, and her impact and success have been widely-recognized.

Beyonce has a story with the city of Minneapolis. She went on atage for the first therre back in 2004. She returned in 2009 and 2014.

Beyonce’s performance took place last Monday at the TCF Bank Stadium.
